Air Rifle Target Shooting demands stability, calmness and coordination. The techniques in air rifle target shooting have been taught by our qualified instructors for many years.
Suitable age group: 8 years of age and above.
The ideal maximum number of students per 1 hour session is 12, which will see them gain the air rifles basic firearms laws, the 7 safety rules, sighting, positioning, loading.
Our instructors have firearm licences and many years of experience teaching youth on the Safety and handling of Firearms.
This activity can be utilised as a part of a school or camp program subject to the venues being suitable for the target areas.
North Rodney Blue Light provides instruction air rifles, and safety glasses. Targets are normally set at 12 metres from the shooters.
Safety is paramount and Activity and Site specific plans are arranged prior to the event.
